Free Marketing Plan Template Knowledge Base

Where to find free start-up finance spreadsheet to show potential investor eg 3yr revenue projection, etc? I co-founded a start-up. Business plan is in the work. I still need to work on the financial section. I know I should have a CFO work on it. But I don't have $$ to pay/hire a CFO. So I get to wear the finance hat too among other roles. Do you know of free finance spreadsheet templates I could download to use? Need to finish biz plan to show potential investors. Can't show current biz plan as is without figures. Biz plan doesn't mean anything to investors without 3 year financial planning such as revenue projection, dev't cost projection, marketing budget projection, potential # of people for hire, other related finance figures of interest to potential investor. Tks for your help in advance!
where to find free business plans templates? for CRM, Advertising & Marketing agency
I need to locate a business plan example to do myself for men's fashion consulting/personal shopping business. This is a small, start-up, home-based business. I already have the business license, a resellers permit and clients lined up (waiting for me to start). I have no start-up capital and need a professional business plan to present to lenders and/or investors as well as for marketing. Is there a site or service that offers free templates/examples of successful business plans?
business plan writing help needed.? I have an idea and i have good sense for business. I need to hire a business plan writer. Is there a free on line template to get you started. So the Writer can have an idea about your business, the market for it, and you plan to attack that market with your idea. Kind of like a term sheet which you give to a lawyer before he drafts your documents.
Is this really the future of airport security in the United States? What do you think of these ideas that could "shape the future of airline security"?? (According to Associated Press) http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100108/ap_on_re_us/us_airport_security_the_future MIND READERS The aim of one company that blends high technology and behavioral psychology is hinted at in its name, WeCU — as in "We See You." The system that Israeli-based WeCU Technologies has devised and is testing in Israel projects images onto airport screens, such as symbols associated with a certain terrorist group or some other image only a would-be terrorist would recognize, said company CEO Ehud Givon. The logic is that people can't help reacting, even if only subtly, to familiar images that suddenly appear in unfamiliar places. If you strolled through an airport and saw a picture of your mother, Givon explained, you couldn't help but respond............ LIE DETECTORS One system being studied by Homeland Security is called the Future Attribute Screening Technology, or FAST, and works like a souped-up polygraph. It would subject people pulled aside for additional screening to a battery of tests, including scans of facial movements and pupil dilation, for signs of deception. Small platforms similar to the balancing boards used in the Nintendo Wii would help detect fidgeting. ..................... THE ISRAELI MODEL Some say the U.S. should take a page from Israel's book on security. At Israeli airports, widely considered the most secure in the world, travelers are subjected to probing personal questions as screeners look them straight in the eye for signs of deception. Searches are meticulous, with screeners often scrutinizing every item in a bag, unfolding socks, squeezing toothpaste and flipping through books. ..................... PROFILING Some argue that policies against profiling undermine security. Baum, who is also managing director of Green Light Limited, a London-based aviation security company, agrees profiling based on race and religion is counterproductive and should be avoided. But he argues that a reluctance to distinguish travelers on other grounds — such as their general appearance or their mannerisms — is not only foolhardy but dangerous. ....................... PRIVATIZATION What if security were left to somebody other than the federal government? Jim Harper, director of information policy studies at the Washington-based Cato Institute, a free-market-oriented think tank, says airlines should be allowed take charge of security at airports. Especially since 9/11, the trend has been toward standardizing security procedures to ensure all airports follow the best practices. But Harper argues that decentralizing the responsibility would result in a mix of approaches — thereby making it harder for terrorists to use a single template in planning attacks. ...............................
Did you see Ron Paul's column on 'Healthcare Reform is More Corporate Welfare"? http://www.house.gov/htbin/blog_inc?BLOG,tx14_paul,blog,999,All,Item not found,ID=090914_3520,TEMPLATE=postingdetail.shtml "Last Wednesday the nation was riveted to the President’s speech on healthcare reform before Congress. While the President’s concern for the uninsured is no doubt sincere, his plan amounts to a magnanimous gift to the health insurance industry, despite any implications to the contrary. For decades the insurance industry has been lobbying for mandated coverage for everyone. Imagine if the cell phone industry or the cable TV industry received such a gift from government? If government were to fine individuals simply for not buying a corporation’s product, it would be an incredible and completely unfair boon to that industry, at the expense of freedom and the free market. Yet this is what the current healthcare reform plans intend to do for the very powerful health insurance industry. The stipulation that pre-existing conditions would have to be covered seems a small price to pay for increasing their client pool to 100f the American people. A big red flag, however, is that they would also have immunity from lawsuits, should they fail to actually cover what they are supposedly required to cover, so these requirements on them are probably meaningless. Mandates on all citizens to be customers of theirs, however, are enforceable with fines and taxes. Insurance providers seem to have successfully equated health insurance with health care but this is a relatively new concept. There were doctors and medicine long before there was health insurance. Health insurance is not a bad thing, but it is not the only conceivable way to get health care. Instead, we seem to still rely on the creativity and competence of politicians to solve problems, which always somehow seem to be tied in with which lobby is the strongest in Washington. It is sad to think of the many creative, free market solutions that government prohibits with all its interference. What if instead of joining a health insurance plan, you could buy a membership directly from a hospital or doctor? What if a doctor wanted to have a cash-only practice, or make house calls, or determine his or her own patient load, or otherwise practice medicine outside the constraints of the current bureaucratic system? Alternative healthcare delivery models will be at an even stronger competitive disadvantage if families are forced to buy into the insurance model. And yet, the reforms are sold to us as increasing competition. What if just once Washington got out of the way and allowed the ingenuity of the American people to come up with a whole spectrum of alternatives to our broken system? Then the free market, not lobbyists and politicians, would decide which models work and which did not. Unfortunately, the most broken aspect of our system is that Washington sees the need to act on every problem in society, rather than staying out of the way, or getting out of the way. The only tools the government has are force and favors. These are tools that many unscrupulous and lazy corporations would like to wield to their own advantage, rather than simply providing a better product that people will willingly buy. It seems the health insurance industry will get more of those advantages very soon. What do you think? If anyone sees this could you star it please? There was a posting glitch and it didn't show up for quite a while - and was buried by then.
Ron Paul points out the catastrophe of the Cap & Trade bill here. How will it affect you & all of us? june 29, 2009 My personal preference for getting truth out of government officials is by reading the congressional page of ron paul, the only patriot, it seems to me, that is in congress. in this article, ron paul shows us how the cap & trade act, voted into law last friday, june 26, 2009, is going to hurt us far more than help us. under the circumstances that are so easy to understand per ron paul, how would we ever regain a free market?: http://www.house.gov/htbin/blog_inc?BLOG,tx14_paul,blog,999,All,Item%20not%20found,ID=090629_3005,TEMPLATE=postingdetail.shtml what do you think the cap & trade act is going to do to you in your life? in your children's life? in your grandchildren's life? will it enrich them or rob them, and how? and don't you think that it all came up too quickly for us, we, the people, to have much say in the matter to our congressmen? as always true with me, i invite you to return before the 7 day deadline and add more to your answer to make it as thorough as possible--because that's who will get the BA. if you have a change of opinion, go ahead, c'mon back and say why. one liners, as usual, get the TD immediately. please look today for my Q on the upcoming congressional vote on the health care plan.

Hosting your website with Wordpress? Hi, I was planning to develop a website for my own small company which markets Herbal Products. Initially I was planning on designing it on my own, getting a domain name and then hosting it with an external web hosting company. However if I do the same with wordpress, I can get loads of free templates and I can host it for free. As i hardly need any Web space. All I have to do is get a domain name and map it to this wordpress address. Is it really that easy?? If it was why would anybody pay a hosting company. I know the website might look like a blog but I think I can customize it to look like a normal website. Also when wordpress hosts your blog [ I mean the usual bog & not just any website ] for free, why do people use other paid hosting agencies. Anways you get to do the exact same stuff, with or without paying. PS: I am not talking about the paid features from wordpress, but to host free features you get from wordpress from an external agency? Thanks.
Help needed regarding starting up small business.? Hi, i am 15 and am a sophomore in high school.I have 2 years left, and to be honest i am very heavy troubles at home. My friend, also 15 and a sophomore, is having similar difficulties. We have been friends for a while, and we had one of those "childhood fantasies" that we would own a joint business some day. Now, that we are a bit more "mature" and have a lot of free time on our hands, and a unsteady future coming closer and closer, we've decided to start a project that can hopefully feed us as soon as possible. We have decided to attempt to start our own clothes store. While it might sound crazy, or like were just making stuff up, this is the exact reason why i'm asking for help, as neither of us have much experience. My friend is something of an graphic designer, often spending hours on very cool sketches, or just coming up with creative geometric projects. I have a talent in marketing, oratory skills, and have a level head. I enjoy working on long term projects that pay off, and can just lay down on my bed and think. I also have a keen sense of style, and enjoy putting certain "sets" of clothing together, but am often faced with the difficulty that i can't find a critical piece, like a hat or shirt, or the right shoes. So we decided it would be best to put our talents to use and attempt to plan ahead and perhaps open a store. The reason we decided on a clothes store was because not only will we have a marketing class next year, but it would also combine the strong sides of our interests and perhaps might feed us after we graduate, as we both made up our mind of moving out as quickly as possible. While we do have a couple tshirt sketches, i know that that is just the smallest bit. I have alot of questions, and i want to at least get a general idea of what would be needed and at least seem knowledgeable before i approach my counsler/marketing teacher with this. Below is a list of questions we have, and it would be great if you could provide an answer and/or a link to where i can find more information: 1)Would we have to be 18 to start up a business? Would it matter if it was a physical store or a online store? 2)We can not afford this project, and we will defiantly not have the financial backing of our parents. Would it be possible to receive a loan of some sort? 3)all of the sketches we have done are made by hand. is there a electronic tool we could use to compile into a template? 4)if we do launch this project, how many years should we expect to be paying off loans? 5)We live in Pleasanton, California. Is there anyway we can contact a professional, or someone with experience in the field, to perhaps shadow them for a day or two, or perhaps ask them questions? 6) While we expect to design our own clothes, we also want to sell the clothes of other brands. Would we need to ask their permission to sell their clothes? How would we go around asking them for permission? 7)How would we go around officiating our Business, buying or renting a building? Im sorry for such a long questionare, and i thank you for any tidbit of information you may give me, it means a lot. Thank you!
Reseller web hosting company? Hi. I would like to start a web hosting company by joining a reseller program. I have two programs in mind, but I don't know which one is better. 1. Www.resellerspanel.com: this program is free and you can sell all different kinds of plans which includes unlimited domain hosting, tons of disk space, free domain, auto responder, website builder, control panel, marketing tools, and much more. However, the hosting you sell does not come with cpanel. The company takes care of customer support, and servers and matinence. They take a wholesale cost which covers there work, and however much you mArkup is what you keep. So if the business plan has a wholesale of $40 per year, if u mark it up to $100 a year, you keep 60$ a year from that client. The program also gives me a pre made site with different templates to promote the hosting. I also get a control panel to see everything. They have great marketing tools. 2. Www.hostgator.com: this is probably a more popular reseller program. You do sell hosting with c panel, but it costs 25-100 dollars each month, and doesn't have as much space as resellerspanel. However, they don't take a wholesale from you like reseller panel does. They don't supply 24/7/365 support for your clients like resellerspanel does. So, I am leaning towards resellerspanel since it costs less, but do you think no cpanel will make a huge difference? Which program should i use?
Website Idea, Need Help!? I plan to make website compiling event information around my local area. Events include major and popular concerts, sporting events, lectures, art shows, etc. I plan to finance the project through Google Adsense and Affiliated Marketing. What is a good hosting company that would allow me, a beginner web designer, to build a great-looking website. I would like to have premade templates and stock photos I can use for free so all I have to do is write text, upload photos and videos, and provide libks. I have been using Bluehost.com, but they so many options on the CL panel, it is quite confusing. Homestead.com has the best website builder out there but in terms of hosting and the options bluehost.com offer are not listed on Homestead.com.
