That probably means a highly modified head for the injector to fit in the head.

I am unaware of any after market Direct Fuel Injection system or factory for that matter. For others and the first answer, Direct is directly into the combusion chamber and is not normal fuel injection. I really think it would be too limited and expensive for after market to make such a head. Good Luck
