1. Most Likely. If you are interested, you can give it a try. But the moment they ask for money or sensitive information, back off.
2. I would suspect that if this was a legitimate company they would not need a yahoo.com email adress and it would be a company .com instead. Sending a resume with all your personal information is just begging for identity fraud. Most companies use a head hunting firm for recruitment of qualified individuals, they don't send mass emails out on the inernet.
3. Go to the FBI's main page and you can read all about these scam letters.
4. It is a scam. Read the references to see one of the versions. They may just try straight identity theft. NO COMPANY is going to offer legit jobs in this fashion.
