  1. If Sydney Web have changed the training plan, has it been rescheduled for another time? If so, your brother should be able to attend then. If it has been completely cancelled, Sydney Web should have advised your brother prior to his departure from India. If it has been cancelled, has your brother been refunded the cost of the course? Perhaps there is another course in Sydney that your brother could attend. if not, at least he can enjoy a holiday... I can help with the food. Here is a link to a list of vegetarian restaurants in Sydney - there are som many vegetarians there, you brother just needs to look in the right places for veg food. There are vegan places too. Also, if your brother goes into any restaurant or cafe, he can ask for a vegetarian meal and they should be able to make something for him. http://www.yourrestaurants.com.au/cuisine_suburb/?action=home&url_landing=cuisines&url_region=sydney&url_criteria=vegetarian#list
  2. This must be very distressing for your brother. He can contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). This government body protects consumers from unfair trade practices. He should call the Infocentre on 1300 302 502 and make a complaint about Sydney Web. They will be able to advise what his rights are and what his next steps should be. He might also want to contact the Consulate General of India in Sydney. The number is 9223 9500. They might be able to offer advice as well. Your brother can prepare for both of these phone calls by getting any documents that Sydney Web provided him: receipts, terms and conditions, course details etc. There also many Indian community associations in Sydney. Your brother should reach out to one of them to meet people who might be able to help and support him during his stay. They'll certainly have ideas of veg shops and restaurants for him. Good luck!
