I need to make a new corporate image for the company I work for? Do you have any marketing ideas for me?

I work for an environmental office and I am in charge of the corporate image right now, I want to change the whole view of the company, and I want to get some extra ideas, not only to change papers,logos, and simple stuff I want the whole idea of my company, make the customers define and decide for our company because they like what they see, hear, smell, touch, etc. Do you have any webs that I can read and get some marketing ideas?, I will need something to make a good presentation to my boss, adding public relations with clients, customers, workers, suppliers, etc,; also corporate image of the company, how can I introduce that to my boss?
