Marketing professionals need advise on SERGI- is job a sales position?

I am going to interview w/Tranformer protection company, parent company is SERGI out of France. Has anyone ever heard of this company or worked for them? Something else it is a position as a Marketing Assistant but it says this:Calling on potential customers, by phone, email and/or in person, within the TPC territory to offer product presentation. Attend trade shows as an exhibitor for the company Assist in developing new marketing strategies and implement said strategies. Answer incoming calls and requests for information from customers. Coordinate sales presentations and meetings with Sales Department and with TPC sales representatives Assist Sales Department in their duties including, but not limited to quoting, filling out sales documentation, and general support during the sales process. Attend other conferences, exhibitions, presentations.Maintaining positive relationships with all customers. Is it a sales position in diguise? would it be commision. What areb2b sales like. if not commision then what salary should I ask for?
