what are the procedures invovled in starting a Business Institute in Bangalore India?

I would like to start an Institute in india which can offer Certification programs at International level for various business domains, like Marketing and Sales, HR, Finance, Quality, Project managment. i run a consulting company ( pvt ltd) and Initially want to make this as division, but later i thought to convert as professional institute with long term research focus and offer education and training services at international level. any help in this regard is greately appreciated. thanks Srinivas
