I want to find a job and i have tried every job database there is?

I used to worked for US embassy in my country , resigned because a American/ Venezuelan , boss decided to get into my personal life , telling me to go to church, who to date , what colors should I wear,who to have lunch with And despite the whole EEO at the end of the day she was a diplomat and I was a Foreign National and it was a fight I could not win , a year has gone by and I cant find work in my country seems I am overqualified , or since most of my professional experience and training is based on US Federal government Accounting procedures I don’t have any desired skills for my country’s financial market I have been offer by many American friends to go crash with them and find a job over there, but I don’t want to be another illegal Latin immigrant I don’t care if is in the States Or Canada or wherever I Just want to find a job , legally , without spending more money in lawyers and immigration companies What should I do ??

2. There are many organizations in the US that will provide work Visas for qualified candidates. These organizations include academic institutions (University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University to name two) and large multinational companies such as Intel, Motorola and Honeywell. The academic institutions usually have a legal department that handles all the sticky immigration issues. When I worked at the University of Pittsburgh, I knew several employees that were not US citizens. The downside to this is that the Universities generally pay lower-than-market wages. But, you have to start somewhere. Best of luck to you.
