Is there a comapny that can create me a website and promote it?

I need a website created and promoted. I know all about SEO and want some other way of marketing my website. I would prefer a company that could take care of both aspects. any links would be helpful. Just dont send me SEO stuff, i know all about it.

3. There is a new company called Hypedrive which specializes in website promotion. However, they can also start from scratch and create it for you, as well as continue to promote it afterwards. I have heard that that they work pretty well, and tailor their services to each clients needs. Maybe give them a try.
4. try a comapny that will start a buzz campaiggn. It helps to have people talk about your business. I know the guy above said hypedrive, they do this and I am sure there a many more to choose from.
