What is the best spyware and malware remover on the market at this time?

I know someone installed some malware on my computer because a tiny black clock shows in the left corner of the screen preventing me from accessing the internet every time I try to open Google. What would you recommend I buy. I have all the free tools like Ad-Aware and Advanced Windows Care but I need something more powerful

4. I'd recommend that you restore your system to an earlier time...then I'd recommend that you stop playing on those porn sites, downloading fraudulent emails and avoid other problem areas of the internet where you know that folks don't have good intentions.
5. Spybot Search & Destroy is a good one, so is HijackThis.
