If I formed an LLC for my online marketing company in Wyoming does it need a wyoming mailing address?

I am a little confused about what to use as an address for my company. If I use my parents address in massachusetts for the mailing address for my wyoming llc would that affect anything?

1. You would then need to form a Massachusetts LLC.
2. Depends on wyoming statues....you dont need to form an llc in MA, if you a performing services in Ma you will need to register as a forgien entity.
