- tip #1, learn to use spell check. Write a cover letter with resume telling them why you want to get the internship. This is a very competitive field; if you don't have very good grades, don't bother.
- i just did an internship in an investment bank...i hope this helps... before the internship, my biz knowledge was limited to high school economics...so dont worry abt havin experience in the field... wat i advise u to do is: 1) learn a lot abt the invetsment bank u're applying for? 2) be prepared to answer competency based questions which test ur character in areas like : leadership, innovation, drive& commitment...etc.... dont tell them u want to do it for free only if they ask u...dont ask anything abt the salary during the interview... good luck!
