- A mrketing plan can be very hard to make, usually classes in marketing, business planning or Small Business Management would do the trick. I have failed to find a free templates of a good marketing plan. (www.sba.gov or www.score.org) My advice to you is just simply write how your company distinguishes it self from your competition. What do u have they don't? From your customers perspective what will they gain by going to you over your competition? Example: Are customers get quicker better service because we do this, this, and that. Use the ideas above then organize them like this: One short statement saying you are distinguishable because (then buellet point your reasons) *Faster *Better customer relations *Ease of use Then go into detail on each of your distinguishable qualities, and how they will bring you lots of business. (just don't sound over confident of success) Then go into your advertising strategies, list a few possible ways of how you will get your name out and what you might do to motivate people to come in a first time such as a coupon or some form of attraction. If you will have a continued customer promtion (such as after 10 purchases the next one is half off or free) list that here too, if your promotion schedual is too lengthy throw it in the appendix and make a note of it at the bottom of the last page of your marketing plan. Then talk about your sales proceedure if anything is unique about it. Then your marketing plan should be complete and useful to potential investors or even just yourself. Good Luck!
