My favourites were always lady deidre of provost zakharov for transcandence Provost zakharov is goo dbecause of the quick technologys but for military the hive or the spartans are good, but i'd imagine the believers would work to. For SE I would suggest police state, planned market, and power. though I usually play with the gaians, democratic,green and knowledge =p, I have a farily high capture rate f mind-worms, and with the secret projects like dream-twister the native flora and faune are very effective weapons
