Does anybody have any free marketing ideas for estate agents?

We do all the usual stuff but need some catchy ideas to drum up some business.

1. You could try the old shoe method! Knock on the door of a FSBO, with an old shoe in hand, and say, Hello I'm so & so, I'm just trying to get my foot in the door to help you get your home sold! Just make sure it doesn't smell... lol
2. There is craigslist, but you probably know that. Some other creative ideas: - Free moving truck if you close with us (same goes with free painting or free landscaping, etc.) - No commitment dealings (no 6 month listing or buying contract) - Sponsor or support local schools. Organize a craft fair to support a good endeavor (like marching band or a new roof) and have a display there. - Offer referral incentives to past clients
3. You could try here, its FREE to register and you can profile yourself to 1000s of business contacts, worldwide... good luck
