How do I tie in my companies website and still answer the members of the community with free advice?

I offer free marketing and branding advice nationally through our website and would like folks to be able to use my services here and there.

You could just put a link you your website, to your Yahoo Answers Profile page. And then start using a link back to your website in the source box on Yahoo Answers. Not sure if that addresses your issue or not.
