1. I do not think you are genuine about loosing weight if you are saying that you are doing the right things as exercise and diet. I do not recommend any drugs to loose weight because of their side effects. Reduce your portions of food intake and keep yourself active.
2. I see that U are very serious in trying to lose weight. I studied ur plea and one thing I noticed is that U haven't tried water. I got a good method and I hope U cld try it. First, water is a good fat catalyst. It enhances fat metabolism. If U wld also note, water and fats do not mix.
