  1. illegal. online purchase gives you only the right to use for personal purposes, not the right to sell to others.
  2. No. It would be illegal to reproduce music CDs for sale, unless you have a distribution license from the copyright holder. The applicable law would be the United States Copyright Act (http://www.copyright.gov/laws/ ) and to some extent, international treaties (including WIPO, linked from the Copyright Office page). If you engage in this practice, you could be arrested and charged with a crime. More likely, however, if you are caught then you'd be sued in civil court by the RIAA or other agents of the copyright owners, who would probably end up with a huge legal judgment against you. See (for example) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RIAA Also note that it is illegal in nearly every country in the world, including China -- however, enforcement in some countries is extremely weak. Under pressure from the US, however, even China has imprisoned people who made and sold copies of music CDs.
  3. Move to China. It's still legal there.
  4. this is not legal . when you download the music you have purchased the. law will be explained to you. This is copy right law. When you create music you own the rights to it and you tell people how to use it.
  5. It is illegal even the people in Nevada should know better than selling for money. How about if I sell a burned copy to support my broke and financial problem? Would that be fair?
  6. If you do that you'll have a lawsuit from every studio you stole the music from. The music you bought is for one time personal use only, not to resell at a later date or to charge money from others to listen to it (same as for video sales, it's right there on the screen before the movie starts--same law). The bands and songwriters don't make any money off stolen music when someone burns their songs to CD. Neither do the studios and anyone else who is normally paid through CD sales. You're in for a lawsuit if you try it.
