1. If you are talking about Vemma, the nutritional drink. They are a legit company; however there are many 'gotchas' in the compensation plan.. It's a binary plan- meaning you have two legs to build. Reading the comp plan, there's a lot of what they call 'flushing' if certain requirements aren't met. Here is just one clause... "Members will not be eligible to receive most earnings until they have qualified their membership by having a 120 QV Autoship on file and one active Vemma Member on their right side and one active Vemma Member on their left side whom they personally enrolled. Members will be able to accrue volume in their profit leg if they are qualified. However, if a member has 8 consecutive weeks of non-qualification, the volume in their profit leg only will flush. " Flushing is just another term for breakage. Which basically means - you lose your potential to earn commission for any volume you might have had. A friend ran some figures for me and calculated that it would take over 3000 people to create $5,000 a month. I also heard recently that vemma was burning itself out, but I can't validate that. ~jennifer
2. Vemma is alive and well. They have just released a new product called verve - like the red bull energy drinks except that verve has the entire dose of vemma within it. SO 1 drink gives you all day energyplus the super antioxidant aspects of mangosteen and 100 % of all the vitamins and 60+ minerals many of which are very difficult to obtain from foods. The flushing referred to is rare and only applies to people that cannot follow basic instructions. Similar to driving there are rules, but amazingly most people are able to follow the basic simple instructions which are basically keep about the same number of people on each leg. You sign up four people, put two on each leg and no flushing. Also because of the two leg approach you do not have to enroll 3000 people to make serious money, unlike pyramids where the more you do personally (in competition to those you sign up) Vemma' s approach is that you help those you sign up so that all people come out ahead, no competition just assistance. You sing up someone, then if you have another you can place them under the person already signed up so that you both reap benefits. All this is aside the incredible benefits the product provides regardless of income desires.
