What would you consider the best method for setting appointments for MLM?
Public Comments
- MLM is a scam. Stay away from that stuff.
- MLM was not always so likely to be a scam. In the past when people had less mobility and access to markets, MLM offered them a way to get products they otherwise would not be able to buy. Today with Internet, UPS and FedEx there really isn't anything out of the reach of consumers no matter where they live and work and no matter where the vendor is located. A tool free cal can get any product to your door in a day in most cases so there really isn't much practical need for door to door sales or merchandise that can't compete in price or availability. That said, the best way to make appointments is by in introduction letter or post card followed up by a phone call if you are dealing with total strangers. If you are acquainted with your prospect, you can simply call.
- Always Right is REALLY WRONG. He never saw my MLM! If you need appointments, it is best to either hand the prospect something that describes the product, a CDROM or DVD presentation is best. Arrange a time, in the next 1-3 days, to retrieve it, and schedule 20 minutes to talk about the opportunity. You will know in 20 minutes if they are really interested, use most of that time to answer the questions thayt they put forward.
