Which MLM company is the best one to join?

I have been approached by many mlm companies, I am just wondering which one I should join (if any) There are too many network marketing companies to choose from and every one of them tell me they are on the Top 10 MLM companies. Do I trust the lists that say they are top 10 MLM companies?

  1. None. The general structure of MLM's is that you work your butt off to pay the folks up the chain. You will get a better payoff for time invested if you work on starting your own company. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-level_marketing Also, MLM's tend to be a "religion", or at least a "lifestyle". If you do happen to choose MLM, make sure it is a product that you believe in religiously.
  2. 1) YTB, 2) myshoppinggenie.com/ezsearch. These are 2 companies that are led by those whom I believe you can trust- I've been involved with network marketing for 26 years
  3. http://video.google.ca/videosearch?hl=en&q=top%2010%20mlm%20companies&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=iv#
  4. Do not "trust" lists that others say things about. Instead, "trust" your intuition, experience if any and research to reach a decision. MLM's kinda old news and lots of ponzi schemes to phish through. A legitimate company I trust & build a profitable business from is here: http://www.moreinfo247.com/9919349/FREE
  5. All businesses (home, store front and online) have risk of failure with no promise of success. I recommend you do detailed research and get into a business that you like and for which you have a passion. Remember, a business is not only about the money you make but about giving back to those in need. I love the travel business. Maybe it is something that you will like or maybe you won't. http://amazingtoursandtravel.vacationmedia.net When you are doing your research on a company here are some things (not all) to look for: 1. How long has it been in business? 2. Is there a financial disclosure statement available? 3. Is the company on the stock exchange and regulated by the SEC? 4. Is it a member of the DSA (Direct Selling Association)? http://www.dsa.org 5. Is information on the founders of the company easily available on the website? 6. Does it sell a service/product that makes sense to you? 7. Does the website provide information in articles, video and audio links for you to make a fair and open minded decision? 8. Does the company have a "Bill of Rights" that promises the payment plan will not change without permission? 9. Does website have contact info in which you can talk or email real people? 10. Does it make any ridiculous promises that a homebase business is so easy and that you will get rich in 30 days? 11. Is this something that you would love to do? 12. Does the company let the public visit its main offices and meet the leaders to "kick the tires" as it were just to make sure it is a real business staffed with real people? 13. Does it offer any types of health and life insurance benefits and plans? 14. Does it offer local meetings around the country? 15. Does the company provide certification training? 16. Is the company expanding outside of the United States? 17. Does the company provide access to conference calls where the latest information is available? 18. Does it post what is costs, somewhere on the first page instead of hiding it? 19. Is every company perfect and without fault? 20. Is the compensation plan copyrighted and protected? 21. Has the company been featured in trade magazines? 22. Has it been ranked as a top company in its field, at least among the top 50? 23. Does the company offer you a chance to become part of it for free as an option? 24. Is it a member of the Better Business Bureau? http://www.bbb.org 25. Who are some well known people who part of the company? A well known person who is a part of your organization is far better than someone who merely gets paid to endorse it. 26. Does the company have a non-profit program to help communities and charities in need. The following groups and people are part of the same travel company that I am a part of' Kansas City Chiefs http://www.ytbtravel.com/chiefstravel Robert Pack Jr. - NBA Formerly Mavericks/Nuggets) Peter Jensen (PJ) - NFL Lou Brock - Baseball - Tony Dorsett - NFL Jim Brown - NFL Ray Norton - NFL Dave Grayson - NFL James Bonecrusher Smith - (Boxing Heavyweight Champ) Kenny Knox - PGA A.C. Green - NBA (Former Lakers) John Salley - NBA Roger Staubach - NFL Jim McMahon - NFL Rod Smith - NFL (Denver Broncos) David John Thomas - Actor (over 100 films) Dan Pastorini - NFL Lil' Bow Wow (Rapper/Actor) Cedric Ceballos - NBA (Phoenix Suns) Baby Face (Singer/Producer) Charles Barkley - NBA (Former Phoenix Suns) Regina King (Actress) Randy White - NFL (Dallas Cowboy) Ben Crenshaw - PGA Venus & Serena Williams - Tennis ... and their Mom Randy Hundley - Baseball (Chicago Cubs) Eugene Lockhart - NFL - Dallas Cowboys Everson Walls - NFL - Dallas Cowboys Al Dave - NFL John Beck - NFL Ann Downing (Gospel Singer of the Downings) Denny Crum Hall of Fame Coach from the University of Louisville Whatever you decide to do, I wish you great success.
  6. first off, it's important to know that the products the company is offering is viable or not, and if the company is in good hands... 2nd YOU simply need to MASTER the ART of Generating Quality Leads via internet marketing if YOU are to SUCCEED at ANY MLM Business/Network Marketing OR Home Based Business PERIOD once you do, nothing can stop you from being successful...I suggest that before you join ANY mlm biz, take the time to invest in yourself mate, educate yourself on marketing because that's your primary task when you join a biz... To give you a head start, check out Mike Dillard's stuff...he's got some real good marketing courses...you can also check out Jonathan Budd's marketing training courses... the key to success in any mlm biz or home based biz is marketing... MLM is actually a great way of creating residual income that'll pay you for the rest of your life, however, to be successful in it...you simply have to learn HOW to Market...Or there's a powerful alternative...that's called online recruiting...you can explore both as you like... Hope that helped...
  7. There is no best one in general terms. The best for you may not be the best for me. Your first requirement should be that you find a product or service that you can enjoy marketing. You are right, there are too many companies using this business model and that makes it more difficult to choose. That is why it is important to choose a subject of interest. There are many more companies then 10 that will claim to be at the top and breaking records. I would not trust any list stating the top 10. To decide if MLM is right for you, you must study what MLM/Network Marketing is about and what issues create failure and what techniques for marketing create success. You must do this study outside of a specific company. MLM or Network Marketing is a business model. To know which one pays more, you must know how to read into the compensation plan designed by the company. Some that may be considered top 10 may have the worst compensation plan. I have collected some great information on the industry, both positive and negative through research and study. I could go on for days sharing industry facts. Doing your own study will benefit you as well. Best Regards!
  8. I know a company that is in pre-launch. It is called Nuvitae. The product is high fiber drink that tastes like 7up. Since fiber is all the rage right now and they are still in pre-launch it is a great time to get in. Go to www.nuvitae.com/betsy and you can see the product and join. Look through the whole website and you can also order the product if you want to try it. It has 56 calories and 12.5 grams of fiber.
  9. First and foremost, look at companies that sell products/services that you are actually interested in (and have potentially used in the past) Next, Make sure that the company is a member of the Direct Selling Association (www.dsa.org or www.directselling411.com ). DSA Members are obligated to follow the DSA Code of ethics which provides you with some protection should you decide that the opportunity is not for you (90% buyback policy) You can find a list of members at: http://www.directselling411.com/forms/CompanyFormPublicMembers/ Ask people who approach you about the following: Start up costs. The start up costs in direct selling companies are generally modest - usually the cost of a sales kit – and are often less than $100. High entry fees should be a warning sign. Unsold inventory. Be sure to ask how much inventory (if any) you will be required to purchase and what the terms of return are if you decide to leave the business. Beware of opportunities that encourage “front end loading,” or buying large inventories of unreturnable products to reach achievement levels or receive a “special” or larger “discounted” price. Compensation. Is the money you’ll earn based on the sale of products or services? The answer should be “absolutely.” Beware of any business that claims you can get rich by solely using their products or by recruiting new people into the business.
  10. When choosing an MLM company, there are several things to consider: 1. Are they a part of the DSA - Direct Selling Association? 2. Who are the company's leaders? 3. What is compensation plan? 4. How far along is the company? Many companies have done well for themselves like the Mary Kay's and others that have been in for a long time. However, how good is it as an opportune stand point? Chances are that you can make money with a company like that, but the chance for a big financial opportunity isn't there anymore. If you would like to know more about MLM and look at other opportunities, feel free to contact me and I can go more into details and show you some others to consider.
  11. The company does not really matter when looking to start an MLM business. You have to find a supportive sponsor who will show you how to make money in the business. Many people join MLM companies and get fascinated with comp plans and flashy presentations, but when they finally join are usually left in the dark and don't know where to turn for help when there sponsor abandons them. MLM is more about selling yourself as a team leader before selling a company or product. You'll be much more successful in this business if you do it this way and people will recognize your as an expert in the business and trust you. If you are new to MLM and don't know where to start, I suggest going with a company that is geared more for newbies that is easy to promote and get people to signup with. One company I recommend is called GDI. It's only ten dollars a month and has some very lucrative bonus compensations. You can get started with GDI and learn the business without breaking your bank and get experience before you move on to more expensive companies. Go to this website over at http://www.moneyflowforlife.com and sign up for the free newsletter on advanced network marketing strategies and learn how top marketers put more then 30 paid signups a day into there downlines. These strategies will work for any MLM business.
  12. Use the 5 Pillar approach when choosing a network marketing company to join. Many companies claim to be the top 10 MLM companies, but only companies with integrity can qualify to meet the 5 Pillars. To date I have found only one company that meets the requirements. Also, in many MLMs you need 2000-3000 in your down line to make $10,000 a month. In the 5 Pillar company I have found you need considerably fewer than that.
