1. you have to stay with it for a long time, and I would also think you yourself already have to be in the income bracket that people buy the products your selling. Possibly you need your own brand - like make your own product to sell, start your own product line. Things that people use every day, that is what you need to sell... Possibly the best idea I could give you is to market organic produce - buy it from the farmer, and find people to deliver organic produce to in the city - fresh veggies delivered once a week - include free range eggs.
2. Man! Network marketers are like religious zealots. They are always trying to sell you stuff or shoving down your throat their methods or trying to make you join their scheme! They are more ANNOYING than turd flies! >:(
