What is the best legal email blast marketing web site?

I am a real estate agent and want to market via internet without being labeled as SPAM. I want to send my ads out in large blasts.

1. Basically, if you are sending out email blasts to people with whom you have no previous dealings it will be spam. You may consider doing a direct mail flyer campaign or marketing through a few other means (website, joint development, etc.). If you would like to discuss other ideas, drop me a line.
