- Tom, The first thing that you have to realize is that it's not just about getting someone to join. It won't do any good to get people to join by pressuring them into something that they really don't want or understand. You have to be willing to listen to your prospect and try to determine exactly what it is about your opportunity that will help them. Most people are researching an opportunity out of a specific need or desire. You should ask questions about what it is that they are looking for, why they are looking for it and whether or not your opportunity can offer the solutions to what their needs are. Not every opportunity is for everyone. People aren't interested in joining a business just to help someone else out. They are looking for a business for a very specific reason. Make it all about them, not about adding another recruit to your list. Without a serious prospect that is passionate about what they want and why they want it, you just have another name on your list of members. Your superstar will come if you concentrate on helping others. So will your biggest rewards! I wish you all the best! Bonnie Ramsey
- Yes I do but your question has very clear message to anybody in the know about Network Marketing: "Hey I have no idea what I am doing and I have never made any money in NM but all I need is one superstar and he/she will do all the work for me." P.S. And please just in case anybody would want to apply do not bother me for I have no profile showing and I do not allow e-mails. Just do the work and forward my paycheque. Tom, Print out everything what Bonnie Ramsey wrote, paste it by your mirror and read it every day until you memorize it. You may stand a chance then and if you want to attract a superstar then your opportunity must have at least 7 Stars for if just one of these stars is missing you are setting yourself up for failure and superstars know this. That's why they became superstars. 7 stars enterprise --- 1*******the right reusable product not available in stores directly shipped to your customers; 2******the right timing; 3*****the right management with your own successful mentor; 4****the company being at least 3 to 5 years in business; 5***the right compensation plan; 6**the right cause and mission; and 7*the company must not be publicly traded. Does your opportunity has all of the above stars? If not, keep looking to find something else. You are wasting your time.
