3. Greg absolutely hit the nail on the head with his answer! In order to recruit a good leader, you MUST be a good leader yourself. The key to being a good leader is to always be willing to learn. You will never know all there is to know about everything and learning keeps your ideas fresh and interesting. Your recruits will work by example. If you show leadership and good training and coaching skills, they will follow. Maybe not all of them. Some will want to take the necessary actions to achieve and others will want to sit back and wait for it to come to them. That is just the way people are. But if you continue to recruit others, train them well, and be a great leader yourself then you will find that leader that you seek. Remember that in order to succeed in network marketing, you must make it all about the people. It is not about just signing up a recruit to increase your numbers. You have to make it about helping OTHERS succeed. If you help enough people to succeed, then you, in return will be successful!
