5. As with any industry, there are awesome companies and others that will happily take your money and run. Unfortunately, there are many network marketing/mlm companies who are difficult to make money in even if they aren't scams. In google search bar, enter: 1) company name (scam) 2) Individual management names and owner (scam) Look for an address and phone number for the business. Call them, talk to them. Go to www.mlmwatchdog.com for more free information.
