How can I find sponser or investor online for web based business software?

I want to build online business based software. Based on google adwords and affiliates marketing. Through this software peoples wan to earn money from online companies will be able to buy points and write ads for picked leading web products for google adwords. And we will pay back to advertisers for creating ads for search marketing. But I am fresh software Eng. and have no money for investment. How can I find sponser who can invest money and share the earnings of the company. Almost 50% of total earnings. I am in great problem plz suggest the method to achieve the targeted plan of new way of living online wealthy.

1. Sponsors think hundred times before investing, even they know the Company, its past performance, Board members etc.,They expect more return on their investment. More over they they try to to make sure that their investment is very safe. In such case, hardly any investor will come forward to invest in your venture, that too online, it is out of question. More over you are a fresher, how you will convince them ? Best option left is, prepare a " project report ", include all details like , how you want to start, its scope, returns expected, indicate " Break even point " ( it is a graff chart, it clearly shows, when your Company starts earning profits ). Show it to your consultant. If require make some modifications. Then contact, your friends, well wishers, who have got sufficient funds to invest. If one or two ready to invest more, take them as partners / directors. Start Business, be honest as you are playing with others money. As it grows, without you invite, others will come forward to invest. Good luck for your new venture. If you have dedication certainly you will come up.
2. I think first you have to have at least a conceptual proof of concept. Ideally you'd have a presentation (maybe web/phone based) that you could walk the investor thru, showing / telling how it would work. There are a lot of internet players out there who would pay for this sort of thing, but they will have many specific concerns and questions. I suggest you start looking for experts that are selling courses, how-to info, and biz opps in this space, and sign up for their info (free stuff) and read as much as you can about how the various affiliate programs / adwords etc work. As you know, this business changes rapidly, so you have to be able to show how this will work. Good luck Scott
