I need to make SWOT analyze for software small business!?

I have a project to make marketing strategy for one small software business. That' s why I need to make Swot analyze. SWOT analysis is a basic, straightforward model that provides direction and serves as a basis for the development of marketing plans. The elements of the SWOT analyze should be Strengths and Weaknesses; Opportunities and Threats!

1. feel you pain....i had to do the same a couple of years ago in college. I did it on a local business in my college town. Not sure what you question is, but if it helps, just meet with the owner of the business, get his goals/vision for the business, look at their mission statement, and build your case. A lot of your answers for the SWOT can be found in one 30-min conversation with the owner...then it's just a matter of putting it together. Like a puzzle. Hope it helps.
