what is CIN in SAP SD? How it works and whats its role?

I am working for an 100% EOU. Having 6+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing I am planning to change from career to Software. I have got trained in SAP SD module and searching for job SAP. Recently I came to know that most of the recruiters / companies are looking for CIN module, which I wont have any knowledge. I have tried to gather the information but nobody is able to give what exactly it is and how it works in SAP.I would be greatful if somebody can help me in this regard. Thank you in advance.
