A Chinese friend has started a software writing company...?

...selling the services to UK customers. I am planning to help him, does anybody know how to start? We don't intend on marketing until the company webpage it up and running. Sorry to be vague! Thanks.

1. This is a tough one, because like you said, you didn't provide us a lot of information to work with. I suppose the first thing to do would be to research and target a specific group of companies and start running your ideas and sales pitch past them. This will help you gauge the direction and niche of your company and will help you put together more effective marketing materials for when you are ready to start putting your name out to a broader audience.
