What cd formats can be burned but not ripped?

I am the co-owner of a new club soon to open and concerning marketing i plan on giving out cd's with the type of music i plan on playing there, on them. These songs are not commercial songs that you see on BET and MTV all the time. They are i guess what you would call "Unknown Knowns" lol as in they do great music but just havent been blown up like they should be. BUT out of respect for the artists, I do not want the cd's to be able to be ripped or copied. Ive seen major artist cd's where if you do try to rip their store-bought cd, the ripped version will be horrible or just won't play. Is there a certain cd format or software necessary to do this?? Please Help!!

1. All CDs and DVDs can be copied bit-for-bit. Of course, you will need written permission from all the copyright holders before publishing their music by burning CDs and giving them away. Possibly you may need to pay them a fee for use in the advertising campaign for your club.
