2. there are no legal steroids, at least not in the US thanks to a lot of very uneducated politicians.
3. i think what your referring to is "anabolic steroids" like L-Carnitine and Creatine. i dont know much about them but i do know a guy that was taking Creatine and built a lot of muscle mass really fast, he swore by it. you should look up info on "anabolics" if you are looking into increasing strength and size.
