2. mainly because of compatibility. and the ease of upgrade and pretty much all software will run on some form of Windows
3. See, BASICALLY Microsoft has spread it's network and people have fallen into their well-planned and developed TRAP.. So they have let evrybody BEHIND and also improved their Technology. They DON"T Dominate but they DO RULE the software Market...
4. It has become the industry standard of businesses around the world. Because business relies on it so heavily MS can virtually dictate its terms. This includes licensing agreements for it's software to be installed on any machine rolling off the assembly for companies who want Windows .
