CCNA certified prior to any working experience?

I am a high school graduate a couple of years ago now if i get CCNA certified what will be my market value without any networking experience (i know basic level of hardware/software,programming,internet and microsoft office suite). I wanna b among CCNP or MCSE experts starting from CCNA.I too have read comptia A+ completely 2 yrs ago.

1. IT Certs have little value today unless you have experience or a 4 year degree. For sure you should go get them but remember most companies view certs as nice to have but they usually look more at your degree or experience.
