3. the best thing would be go to jobsite like monster and select some good recuritment agencies abroad, and have a tie up with them, to get in to the market, and to learn the market potential. once you think that the potential is decent, you can send your person to market there. beleive me it works. i see a lot of small time recruitment companies from india sending their persons to gulf to market, and they do get lot of business here.good luck
