  1. with what money? Edit: I know that they have their mid-level exception. I'm just saying that with Andrew Bynum looking like he wants a huge contract there is not much money to spend.
  2. I REALLY CANT SEE THEM DOING ANYTHING!! To the ppl that dont understand cap room and money spending!! The Lakers still have there mid-level. That they can get Posey or Maggette. But they wont do that.So plz dont say they have no $$$$$$$$.I just makes you look like you dont know what tour talking about
  3. Because they don't need to go out and spend a lot of money on free agents. They are still the top team in the West with no significant players leaving and Andrew Bynam coming back to get them a beast on the boards. Also, just because you haven't heard anything yet doesn't mean they're not working on getting something done. I imagine they've already put a bid in for James Posey.
  4. seriously, i don't think they need anyone. the only reason they lost the finals this year was because of andrew bynum's injury. if they had him, the series wouldve at least gone to 7 games.
  5. they are going to sign ronnie turiaf for about 3 million (which is stupid because they lakers want keep them and ronnie wants to stay) and sasha will get about four million. I do see the lakers either signing posey or barry. id rather sign barry for about 2million. I do see lakers trading for artest but we need to trade luke walton cause he has a huge contract.
  6. They have like the worst cap position in the NBA. Kobe makes too much to get anybody else...
  7. andrew bynum is demanding a "max deal" or something like that, that could be worth up to 80 million dollars. After that, and paying off the current players, they have no cap space. they dont even have enough to sign ron artest.
  8. they need a defensive, shotblocking center to back up the future. how many are available for the mid-level?
  9. Well their cap space is full. But the Lakers are young team and need more improvement. I don't think they should jump into the free agency so fast. Let their young players develop during the summer and if they fail to get a championship next year they should pickup a free agent. I'm fine with our rosters now. I think we are a championship contending team.
  10. 1st priority is to resign vujacic and turiak. and they also have contacted brent barry and james posey. an the y can still trade for artest but i doubt that will happen. and i dont know why there not after maggaette
