Can you guys please tell me where i can advertise to get more clients from other countries.?

Hi I have just created a small business for myself. I am doing tunics, kurtis to be more precise women tops. For the time being i am doing it for local market, i want to expand the business and see if i can export some of my items. I want to know where i can put advert for this purpose. Anyways if you want there is a newspaper called the Stars and Stripes that gets sold to every military installation around Europe (at least I know of just Europe I don't know if it gets sold anywhere else).
