Are This Consider as Leads or MLM Leads?

If someone say that they have MLM Leads, Does it mean that they have Names, Phone Number, and Email of the people working in a particular MLM company? Like Amway, Nuskin, ShaklLee etc?? Example::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: If someone says that they have Amway Leads. Does That mean that they have The Names,Phone Number and Email of all Amway Consultants?? 1.Which Leads Are Priced High In The Market?? MLM Leads? and why Mortgage Leads? and why Telemarketing Leads? and why 2. Is it Possible for someone to sell Leads or MLM Leads Less Than 1000?? (if Yes) Why? and Where? Thank You.
