Need good free job postingand free advertising ideas?

I need to hire about 5 to 10 commissioned sales representatives in all 50 states. My marketing/advertising budget is now zero and will be that way until March. I need some good sites to post these open positions that are free, and any marketing/advertising ideas that are free to fill these positions. The commission is good and no income caps. The product is selling every 4-8 minutes. I need to get these positions filled. They can even start part-time if they wish and we provide full training. Please help. Besides Craigslist which my company does not allow. Any suggestions on finding good people that want to work? Need to hire good sales reps. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
