Do you think marketers ask questions on here simply for business use?? Are yahoo answerers free tools for...?

Marketing??

  1. Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Some people genuinely ask questions for help. You can tell if someone is trying to drum up business when they refer you to their own website or they have an affiliate link attached to a basic url link.
  2. From what I've seen, half the questions seem to be kids trying to get help with homework. The other half are clueless people asking vague questions that can't be answered correctly without a lot more information from the original poster and a lot of time from the responder. Tell me how to market my product. How can I be #1 on google. Find me a name, slogan and image for my company. I will do all those things if you hire my services and pay my hourly wage. Other than that, I'll gladly answer specific issues and questions to the best of my knowledge but don't ask someone else to do your whole marketing plan for you... Bottom line is I'm a little bit disappointed with Yahoo answers so far... It doesn't seem very insightful.
  3. everything that is done on a computer is making money for someone in the world. nothing is free anymore... cheers mystic
  4. Some people here are just bored.
