Anyone heard of koolkliks affiliate program?

hello there, There are so many affiliate programs but most of them looks like scam. I want to start affiliate marketing so if someone knows any good program which is practical and pays well, please share it with me. I found one good affiliate program, is this a scam or a good program, anyone had any experience with koolkliks affiliate program.
