Are there any affiliate programs that pay when people sign up for newsletters?

I am launching a new website for a niche market in health care industry. I would like to offer an opportunity to my customers to get additional health related information. I am aware that I can purchase content to create my on newsletter. However, I am not interested in doing one at this time.
