1. I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for. A web-based system that I use is called Vertical Response. It's not free, but it is very affordable. Vertical Response is a very robust program that allows you to create, distribute, and track the response rates of e-mail campaigns. Another nice thing about the program, is that it allows you to maintain the look and feel of your current advertising and/or company brand image rather easily. Vertical Response charges a modest amount per month, plus a set amount for each 100 (I believe) e-mail messages you distribute. If you are serious about adopting a reliable, robust, easy-to-use program for e-mail marketing, Vertical Response has my highest endorsement. And, no, I do not work for the company.
