Anybody working from home and actually making money doing so?

I am stuck at home 99.9% of the time being the primary caregiver for my 80 year old mother who doesn't get around too well any more and my 8 year old son who is the "adhd poster child"! The monotony alone is killing me but the added stress of not having medical and dental insurance for myself and my son and not having an income, aside from child support, to build retirement on is sure to steal my last breath away. I spend a lot of time online and have completely overwhelmed myself with the vast majority of resources and information for work from home opportunities. I've purchased prebuilt websites which were supposed to "be fully functional and easily maintained through the pre built control panel which is self explanatory", I've "built my own" websites (not like a webmaster but through, for example, Tip Top Website), I have websites through dropshippers in which I've paid for hosting and my own domain name, I have an ebay store (stocked mostly with electronics through a dropshipper) and a jewely store (through another dropshipper). My main problem with these seems to be marketing/page views/ranking. Every month a handful of people find my ebay store by doing a specific item search on ebay but this has not resulted in many sales. I have a Membership Dating Website, a Game Cheats Website and an Online Games Website. Here my main issue is complete ignorance of Cpanel which is not self explaining itself to me...lol...so I can't figure out how to set up membership pricing, billing, collection or anything else. Again, here I have a major problem with marketing/page views/ranking. How do I get people to my dating site? or game site? or gamecheat site? How do I get my page/site to pull up when someone does a search? And of course I've got the "affiliate" websites. Lots and lots of those. I've added links, on each of my websites that I can, to all my other websites. Lets not even talk about the myriad of information around online marketing. Which seems to be the mainstay of every website and my downfall. I've dabbled in online surveys but it seems these always entail completing "sponsor offers" which are almost all the same on each survey site and they don't seem to ever change and once you've completed an offer you've pretty much exhausted that resource. So it seems the ability to "earn" money doing this is very short lived. I'm also overloaded with information on Clickbank/Google. Any and all information/assistance anyone and everyone out there can give me will be greatly appreciated. But the person who can make it all "click", preferably with the LEAST amount of MORE information, will win the best answer 10 points and my undying gratitude.
