1. I dont know about affiliates but you can go to http://www.eblowouts.com and sell your book on there for free. I put all my products on there.
2. One of the best things to do is to use classifieds to let people know about what you're doing. Classifieds like http://www.sellit-right.com accepts business, ads etc. Try it good.
