WHAT's the role of NEGATIVE Emotions in MONEY EearnING success RULES?

DO I NEED TO HAVE SPLIT PERSONLAITY TO GET SUCCESS IN GETTING MONEY. recently i did sinerely networking marketing and life insurance areas. unfortunately i had to face major mental torture by going freely with them. modicare kits had been stolen by coureiers. then life insurance staff did not allow filling up the application forms of policy holders. feelig factor fear factor lead me to .leave the both options . despite of good product knowledge it did not get me success. so i read some books on selling marketing . i got some idea to move forwrd. practically i want to get success in marketing . how can i move from here . as many new products r entering into the market in both networking and insurence. please sugeest the rules of emotional intelligence and customer relationship management areas. seniour marketing personals please guide me ..........

1. If you don't smoke , start. learn proper English. Always be thinking of your next move , even before you need it. That way you'll be prepared no matter what happens. And you have to have a move for every possible scenario. If you can master this technique , you will make it in any form of sales and management. And of course . Always be learning . Read, Read, and Read more. Oh Yeah, Negative emotions. Harness them and make them work for you. If you fear starvation and forclosure. You'll be more motivated to make more money. If someone cancels a contract or deal with you . be Nice to them until your off the phone. Then go smoke a cigarette and get as pissed as you want. After that go back in and get two new deals. works for me every time. I love a few cancellations. they make me rich.
