Anybody have and FREE Marketing Ideas?

I recently started my own "at home" small business. The first month was a little costly of course, getting started with everything... I need to do some marketing, but can't really afford Paid Advertising for a couple more months. Anybody know some great sites out there that offer free advertising? My business is in the Wellness Industry if that helps with ideas! THANKS! Sorry, typo in the title! *any, not and! :)

1. It's hard to say without knowing what your home business is. But a good free way to market online is article marketing, like on ezinearticles.com. That's the main one most internet marketers use. What you do is make a series of short (about 500 words) articles on the subject your business is about, and put a link to your website in the resource box at the bottom of the articles. Ezinearticles is free. There's also a really good free newsletter training course on internet marketing you can sign up for too, they have a lot of really good ideas.
