I'm setting up my own IT and marketing company, and the only thing that's worrying me is self-advertising

I'm setting up a company that will offer services including PR consultancy, fax marketing, web design and hosting (to name a few). The main thing that worries me at the moment, is advertising the company itself. Other than registering on search engines, adwords etc. Does anyone know any good methods of B2B advertising. I'm quite sure I'm offering a very good service; I'm offering all high-quality services and very VERY competitive rates. The thing is letting as many people and companies as possible, know that I exist. Any thoughts? I'm a member of an ok networking group, and will go to some meetings when the company is setup. But I just need to know that I'm doing everything I can possibly be doing. bear in mind that I have very little budget. Everything is coming out of my salary. In addition to the company. There will be a sub-website where people can donate money to projects that alleviate poverty and help forestation, in the developing world (through the Green Belt Movement). As well as this, there'll be an online newspaper that anyone will be able to write for, this will distributed for free across the web.

1. Pick 20-40 SMALL BUSINESSES with poor websites. E-mail them all offering them a discounted price. Once you have signed up 10 businesses put them on your website into a portfolio prehaps. Your find once you have 10 smaller businesses the bigger ones will come. I would surgest you use yellow pages, target those without a website prehaps. What is the name of your website going to be? Google ads is probably the best. They place your ads on sites all over the internet, depending on the category of your site and how much you're willing to spend for top listings.
3. Try your local Chamber of Commerce who will have access to local businesses and may also hold regular networking lunches and events. I worry a little about your Very Competitive Rates because this usually means you are cheap! Cheap = poor quality in most peoples eyes so try to ensure your prices equate with the competition but offer more value. Cheap also means you are unlikely to make enough money and so wont survive. Without substantial financial resources, mass marketing is a slow process so try to prioritise the sectors that are most likely to give you a response and target those first. Joint promotions are also an effective way to spread the word so look for businesses that also need to promote themselves and share the cost.
