mobile phone unlocking software?

i'm trying to open a market stall in my local town, and i want people to come to me with their locked mobile phones and i want to be able to unlock them for them, so what software is used in the shops to unlock your mobile phone to allow it to be used on any network? additional info: i want a program that can unlock any make and model if possible could you give me a program name and manufacturer i have asked in the shops but obviously they will not tell me as they want the business. thanks all help appreciated
