How can I find sales people for software industery?

I need a salesman to give me ideas of new softwares and also to be able to sell it in the market and take a percentage of the benefit. I am able to make automation projects from client-server solution to web solutions with any kind of databases. I work for a good company as a software developer and at the same time I would like to have my own work on my extra time. I am a hard working person and I also have other software developers to join me, only that we need to have some sales people to start working with. Any suggestion? Thanks
